Short review but I really loved this book ❤️

What I enjoyed about The Thirteenth Child was its atmosphere and characters. Having Hazel as the one telling the story of her life made for a wonderful slow burn that had me emotional in the end. Her relationship with Merrick had a father/daughter theme, complicated but rooted in unconditional love, just thinking about the epilogue makes me teary eyed. Loved this one!
