Happy Wednesday!
I feel like this week is dragging, may be just me coming back from vacation… seasons changing and all that 🍂
I finished Lock Every Door last night… slowly going through Sager’s backlist and may have skipped around, glad I did because I really liked this book!
Definitely thrilling and suspenseful, especially towards the end when the pieces finally come together. Really cool setup, a bit creepy and odd, loved the red herring, kinda wishing it went that way, but the reveals were very neat. I liked Jules as the main protagonist, as well as the other female characters sprinkled throughout. I did wish there was more closure about what happened to Jules’ sister, although that might have taken away from her story and made the book too long…
I started another mystery thriller off my bookshelf – Home is Where the Bodies Are, my first Jeneva Rose and I really like the writing, only few chapters in but now I have to work bleh 😆
