The beginning was amazing, I love love love Rambo, Nurse Ratched and the little family Victor had with them. Daniel Henning back on audio narration and he is SO good at the voices. That’s what made the book for me – Magic and whimsy! The second half unfortunately lost my attention and I wasn’t as into it. Don’t get me wrong I teared up a bit in the end but I feel like it was drawn out? Either way, Rambo was my favorite thing about this book 😄 *dancing cheek to cheek*

Concluding my TJ Klune read along with this book for now (probably going to check out Wolfsong sometime)
