I loved it and I don’t care. Big 5 stars for the feels, the love and twenty damn years of this series! The real ones know 🤩

Lassiter has always been the comic relief in any of his previous appearances, so it was a bit different for a change to get into his darker moments. Most of his and Rahvyn’s story felt a little rushed, there was a lot happening in this book so understandably and maybe unfortunately (judging by some other reviews) people weren’t happy with that. It’s okay 🤷🏻‍♀️

From the moment I saw that dedication, I knew. I KNEW. 😎 <But what JR did was beautiful and true to the fans. She’s mentioned before how to continue the story and a time jump seems like the logical next step. She announced Nalla’s book will be next, I am curious to see all the kids and where everyone has been and the status of the war. No pressure!

Have you read this series? This is book 21 – TWENTY ONE, which may seem like a daunting number to start 😅 I think when I finally decided to read Dark Lover, there were already 10 books out at that time. Of course, I binged them next after next 😊
