The truth is, I liked this. It wasn’t like mind blowing or anything but definitely a page turner.

I do not care for alcohol abuse and writing that to characterize an unreliable character, it’s such a crutch for me, not a fan so lots of eye rolling there. All to say, I wasn’t expecting the different twists but again, I liked them, it was an okay mystery.

The lake and Vermont locale was intriguing but just scratching the surface. The plot and characters, mainly Casey, was outlandish and cooky/creepy… let’s be honest, she’s a peeper.
Anyway, you will find blinds and curtains on all my windows at night because wtf, maybe it’s a European thing but for some reason Americans love to leave everything open, no thanks!!
